Mandisha has over 10 years of experience in Education. She has worked as a Middle School Math Teacher, Middle School Assistant Principal and a Middle School Counselor.

She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor at her Private Practice, Growth Inspired Counseling, PLLC.

She enjoys working with youth and sharing with them practical life skills as well as helping them academically wherever there may be a need.

She works with an incredible Board of Directors for the Future Leaders Academy Non-Profit who are all former Educators and have excelled in various professions such as Real Estate, Stock Trading, Mental Health and an Executive within an Independent School District.
